Fortune Spa Resort AET Rental AgreementReturn to the Fortune Spa Resort overview - Click here to return AET By virtue of the Agreement that Fortune Spa Resort maintains with the AET - Asociación Española de Transplantados (Spanish Transplant Association), the AET permanently guarantees the rental of all vacant accommodation within the Residence thanks to the social/sanitary collective Agreements that the Association holds with diverse public and private bodies and endorses the social and supportive character of Fortune Spa Resort. In said Agreement, the support of the international program “Mayores & Mañana” (the Older Generation & Tomorrow) is included. Mayores & Mañana is aimed at the beneficiaries of the AET both in Spain and throughout Europe which totals more than 1 million people worldwide who will be able to opt for the social and health care facilities and any other kind of service such as Spa, sports facilities, helipad, etc., which will be developed within the Residence and shall provide an important instrument for solidarity. Functional readjustment services will be carried out under the guarantee of a European project derived from Helios which was developed in the 1990’s and experienced excellent results. The AET currently holds agreements with European experts in the field of functional readjustment, of which the beneficiaries of AET will be able to take advantage. For the AET, this is the reason Fortune Spa Resort and the borough of Fortuna is life. The Spanish Transplant Association (AET) is a non-profit organization whose aim is to advocate and defend the rights of the more disadvantaged groups in society such as the elderly and the sick. For that reason the Association holds social/sanitary agreements not only with the different local, regional and national governments but also European government and participates in diverse international programs in order to achieve those aims such as the New Horizon Program & ASFA 21-AET. Through investment, the buyer will sustain an important economic income, but above all will cause a social impact as they will be taking part in a pioneering European project that fights for life, contributing to the promotion campaigns to promote organ donations, which literally means it will enhance both physical and emotional wealth.
