This is a reduced copy of the ground floor site plan that provides a general idea of the layout. This building of apartments will have a ground floor and three levels with the penthouse level only having 13 units. Click on the links below to view each floor layout plan.

Phase 3

Phase 3 offers a selection of 2 bedroom townhouses, one located on the lower level and the other located on the upper level. The lower level units have gardens of varying sizes and in addition to the bathroom a separate w.c. If you would like to take a closer look at these houses please ask and we will send you through floor plans. These properties will be fully furnished to the specification of the AET, however are not included in the AET rental scheme.
