The Development

Sueños del Mar I and II are two exceptional quality buildings of approximately 130 self contained penthouses and apartments in each located in the prestigious area of Las Rotas enjoying superb views over Denia Yacht Club. The Apartments

Each development has the builder’s 10 year guarantee and comprises of approximately 130 self contained apartments with a choice of two bedrooms, three bedrooms or three bedroom penthouse apartments. Each apartment will have installed hot and cold air conditioning and there is also a video entry phone. There are various options on car parking. You are given the option to customise your apartment with a choice of sanitary appliances including a Jacuzzi, tap fittings, bathroom and kitchen ceramic tiles, floor tiles and the colour of paint finish.

The two bedroom apartment has a living room with a dining area and access on to the terrace with space for outdoor dining. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower over the bath and some of the apartments have a separate w.c. The kitchen is fully equipped with wall and floor units, a glass ceramic hob, electric oven and fan. A laundry area is situated just off the kitchen.

The three bedroom apartment has fitted wardrobes in each bedrooms and the master bedroom is en-suite comprising of a bath with a shower over, w.c., bidet and wash basin. In addition there is a family bathroom installed with a bath, wash basin, w.c. and bidet. The main living area of the apartment is of an open plan design comprising of a living room with a dining area that has access to the balcony with ample room for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with upper and lower wall units, glass ceramic hob, electric oven and fan and the laundry area is adjacent.

The three bedroom penthouse apartment is laid out on two levels. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a shower room installed with a w.c. and wash basin and a fully equipped independent kitchen comprising of upper and lower units, glass ceramic hob, electric oven and fan. The laundry area is adjacent. There is also the main living room with a dining area and access on to the balcony with ample room for outdoor dining and relaxing. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is the third bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

Garages are an optional extra and can be purchased in any size or configuration together with storage if required.
