When the marina happens to be Denia and it is literally on the doorstep of the town centre with its shops, restaurants and pavements lined with cafes, it is difficult to imagine a better proposition for buying to let or using to let. With 20 km of golden sandy beaches, Denia is popular with tourists from overseas and also from the major Spanish cities ensuring a continuous demand for quality holiday rental apartments. The combination of this prime location and the fact that no further building licenses will be granted in the town will ensure that the capital appreciation will be extremely high.
