areras.
Each house will have a private garden from 20 m2 to
134 m2.
The kitchens will be fully fitted with floor and wall
units finished with granite worktops and include a hob, oven and extractor
fan.
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and each property
will have installed an innovative digital home computer appliance
system (DOMOTICS).

Development location
The Las Mareas resort is situated next to the El Jablillo projects
and will be within easy walking distance to the new shopping centre.
It is also within easy reach of the Costa Teguise beaches, and all
the amenities that they offer, as well as the established sub tropical
Costa Teguise Golf course.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 237,800 Euros
To reserve a property you will need to pay a 3000 Euro
reservation fee. A purchase contract will then be issued around 4
weeks from your reservation fee payment and upon signing you will
need to pay a 10% deposit. A further 10% payment is then due in 12
months time. The balance is payable upon completion and you will have
the option to take up the mortgage from the developer's funding bank.
All payments are subject to 5% sales tax.
